: We have stayed here before and the breakfast was cooked to order. Now it is self serve. We had our breakfast at 8am the bacon was very hard i asked the waitress if there was any soft bacon , when she came back out of the kitchen she gave me 3 pieces of bacon which was also very hard ( been under a hot plate ) If was better cooked to order as the cooked breakfast didn't look appetising

: The breakfast did not seem well attended, and on one morning there were just small morsels of scrambled eggs left.
: On the Friday night into Saturday morning on my section of floor 2, the guests were extremely drunken and noisy and I did not get much sleep. There was a particular rude woman with a local accent in the opposite room who just would not stop playing her TV very loudly and shouting. One of my sober neighbours tried to remonstrate with her, but she just would not understand just how anti-social she was behaving. I understand he was filming her response to him. Finally by 5am it all went quiet and for the rest of my stay all was quiet.Being elderly I did not take part in any interactions with these noisy folks, and I did not report this to reception as there are no phones in the rooms. I was really scared by the uproar which occurred that night and I am very surprised nothing was said to us in the morning by the staff. Booking.com keeps asking for my review, so here it is, do with it what you will. I was not going to mention any of this, but if it shuts up the Booking.com persistent nags I'll be happy.

: The staff were friendly and helpful. The stay was hassle free. I enjoyed a free upgrade on my stay with this hotel.I would recommend it to others and will be staying there again soon.
: Personally, I had no issues with my stay there. There was nothing to dislike on this occasion.
