  : When we arrived, around 7pm, the room hadn't been set up. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the reception, the one member of staff working there informed us our room was now ready. When we entered the room, there was a dirty/ stained mattress with a few sheets thrown on it. This made us think about what else was wrong with the room. Upon looking, we found a used tissue under the bed. We had to bring in our own covers for the bed because they looked like someone had just fixed the sheets, not clean sheets on the bed. I woke up with bites on my legs, arms and back. My wife and Daughter didn't sleep all night because they were constantly itching. When I asked why the hotel was so empty, had no facilities and the room was so bare, I was informed, as of Monday 30/08/21, that the hotel would be housing refugees. I think it is outrageous that booking.com firstly, could allow people to stay in such a dump and secondly, would allow itself to be associated with such a place!

  : Nothing to like - travelling back from Scotland to Kent and needed to stop - we looked at the site and thought it would be ok
  : It started in the car park when I saw a rat The rooms were filthy - mattresses that should of been burned years ago, bed sheets dirty and unchanged toilet dirty, towels with bleach marks on them, carpet that has never been cleaned. I have stayed in 300+ hotels and this was by far the worst ever.

  : Bed was comfy but no restaurant or bar as advertisedBathroom was cleanish apart from the toilet it was brown and needed a proper clean bleach would of helped.
  : Nobody changed or towels emptied bins etc like normalJust needed a food clean would of made a difference

  : Dirty oily carpet. Broken door jamb. Smelly room. Staff refused to change . Just said we can’t , they were just teenagers no manager. Bedsheets not changed daily.
