Little Foxes Hotel & Gatwick Airport Parking

Good
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Convenience of location to work. Staff were excellent.
: The guests in room 9 were arguing every night until 03.15..shouting ..the female guest was screaming at her partner every night till after 03.00...I didn't get any sleep at all on Saturday night which impacted on my work all day Sunday. Noisy guests should be asked to leave. There was no one in reception to complain to. Breakfast was on too late I couldn't access breakfast due to leaving hotel at 07.00. Breakfast need to be on from 06.00. If this was a possibility I would use little fox more often.

Very Poor

  : Staff friendly
: Stayed in room 1 and OMG so noisy. It sounded like someone was slamming doors, stomping and moving furniture directly above until nearly midnight. Not good when catching an early morning flight and your desperate for sleep.

: NOTHING It was so bad we did not stay and went to a local Travelodge, adding more expense

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location to Gatwick airport is perfect and the option of long stay car parking on site is a bonus
: Dated decor but not an issue if used as an overnight stay to prepare for a long time in an airport lounge

: I left early no breakfast
: The hotel is good for the price, I was not impressed with the handling of the evacuation for a fire alarm at 10.30pm (false alarm) There were some people who did not go to the meeting point. A man and a baby stayed in the reception. Another stayed in the bar. They were not made to leave .. The staff were running around and seemed not to know what was going on. For several minutes. The only communication with customers was . You can go back in I didnt sleep well after this experience. Clearly fire training needs to be implemented.

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location & friendliness of staff on reception
: There was no hot water for the shower for an early start

: The front desk was nice, and I like that they arrange a taxi to the airport for you. The room was cozy. WiFi is fast. Within delivery distance of lots of takeout.
: They advertised that they serve breakfast when I booked, but they dont serve breakfast, only dinner, which I found irritating because one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for breakfast since I had an early flight. It looks like its close to the bus stop and just a short walk away, but the walk is uphill and there is no sidewalk, so you have to walk in the road. Dont make the mistake of taking the bus. Just get a taxi right to the entrance. Heat didnt work, and walls very thin and had a neighbor who slammed their door so loud it startled me frequently.
