  : The staff was helpful and positively responsive but we just could not go through with the stay I'm afraid as the rooms were not workable. There was mould in the showers, stench in the rooms (which to be fair the staff cleaned up on request) and the rooms were stuffy. When we arrived late at night the windows were still open - our rooms were downstairs next to tall grass so it became clear to us that we would likely be spending the night with critters and we had lost faith that the sheets were clean.
  : We just lost confidence in the property with the state of the rooms. We knew we had booked with a budget provider but the rooms were incredibly below expectations. Some key points below.- rooms were not clean and had a foul smell- tall grass next to the rooms yet windows had been left open until late that night- showers had spots of black mildew- the one room still had litter from a previous stay

  : The location was extremely far from London we ended booking a different hotel. Taxis and Uber are extremely expensive. Too many spiders

  : The location was excellent for where I needed to be. The room was comfortable and clean. The facilities in the room were tea and coffee, a fridge and a microwave. The cost for the room was good value for money, so I’ll very likely stay here again.
  : The hotel isn’t sign posted very well if you’re coming from one direction, also the road leading to the hotel is in a pretty bad state, lots of potholes which need to be filled.

  : Good location when you have an early flight from Gatwick. They have a taxi phone in reception so you can book a taxi when you arrive for the morning. Also handy to be able to leave your car there for a good price!
  : The bedside table was on top of the mattress nearly under my pillow. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. But for the price of the room and for only one night it wasn’t too much of an issue.

  : Just 5mins from Crawley. Plenty of options from just eat app. Staff we spoke with were friendly. Good value for money. Rooms were nice. We would book here again. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was good.
