  : Leaving if I could have found another hotel for the 2nd night I would have
  : Bed was unbelievable hard. 2 wafer fine pillow. no staff on site, ran out of toilet paper. There was no shower gel or hand wash mold on the walls. Lights in room didn’t work lights in hallways didn’t work had to use torch on phone to see door lock

  : I dont like to be horrible the only possitive really was there was hot water in the shower
  : I cant beat around the bush the hotel car park was blocked by a huge truck all night (spaces were available) but blocked there was no staff to greet me the room was damp cold the headboard was hanging off the wallpaper was peeling off there was loud music till 11:45 so couldnt sleep door had a huge gap letting loads of light also check out was just leave the key on the side seemed very unsafe and unprofessional! So unfortunately wouldn't recommend this hotel 1 bit!

  : If you want to see a run down place - that's your hotel. It feels you are in a comedy - faulty towers - or Stephen King. The staff trying their best and I am grateful for their efforts, but whoever owns this is not at all interested in this place: nobody at reception after 7pm, had to run through the building to find someone. Then there was already someone in my room I was given. After some confusion they gave me another room. The beds have youth hostel quality. No soap or toiletries. But the best - the second day there was no electricity. I sat in a dark room in the evening. At least I went to bed early. An exceptional experience. That's a hotel for the adventurous traveller. For £69 certainly a rip-off in my mind.

  : The view was good as were the linen and towelsWhile the web stated “our spacious and bright dining room looks out to the front of the hotel and serves breakfast and dinner specially prepared for you. We also have a large bar and seating area which is a great place to relax and rewind. Bar offers a wide range of wines and specialist coffee,THE DINING ROOM BAR AND SEATING AREA WERE NOT OPEN. ONE HAD TO RING A BELL AT THE SMALL COUNTER TO CONTACT A STAFF MEMBER.
  : WE STAYED ONE NIGHT AND LEFT IN THE MORNING EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BOOKED AND PAID FOR 3 NIGHTSTHE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF OUR FINDINGS:3 flights of stairs narrowing towards the top very challenging.No remote for the TVNo coffee maker - as advertisedNo hairdryerStool dangerously unstable - all 4 legs movedBATHROOM No main light in bathroom - only small side lightToilet bowl was filthy. IT WOULD NOT FLUSH we had to fill the small bin with water to pour down bowl!!!!The shower leaked at the head with water going everywhere other than the spray headNo toilet paper holderOnly the two ends of the towel holder were present Shampoo/body wash dispenser did not workBathroom contained a veery unsightly rusty heater.
