The Castle Bar ROOM ONLY

  : Nothing
: The rooms are too small. The way to rooms are too confusing and its hard to get out of the exit area. The way to room seems haunted and horrible Steven said he would turn on the heater after 10 as he was out to watch movie, but when I woke up in the morning, heater was never on.

: It is central and bang in the middle of town centre nightlife .
: Vey noisy being right next to some large bars , glasses being emptied into bottle bins in the early hours will sure wake you. Rooms are very basic indeed

: Great location as its only a 10 minute walk or so into the centre of Cambridge and the river which is great for the price. The room was comfortable and a good size for three of us. We were on the top floor and were really surprised by how big the room was as there was loads of room for our bags etc. The shared bathrooms were always clean and had the standard shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use if needed which was really handy. The staff were really friendly when we checked in and very helpful!
: The noise levels from downstairs at the bar were louder than we expected, however we brought ear plugs as we had seen the warning that music goes on till 3am so we just made sure we had those in to start with when we went to sleep and that really helped! Also, the property could do with a little refurb but considering how cheap it was for so close to town, it was a great price!

: The location was really good just a few minutes walk into the heart of everything
: The noise in the room was extremely loud at night but this was mentioned in other reviews so we did expect it
