  : The Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel was not available so they swapped out booking to another establishment - Holiday Inn Cambridge. The spa and sauna were fab! Loved the breakfast and evening meal menu was great.

  : This hotel never confirmed my booking was cancelled as it is now a goverment hotel . They never contact me to confirm what was happening and left it to me to constantly call. When agreeing to confirm the telephone conversation by email they never did. Poor service from hotel and poor service from booking.com.

  : it had a good deal for the evening meal in the resultant. and a complimentary drink for booking with bookings.com.
  : we were informed straight after booking that the pool and Spa were out of use. the tiny entrance to the hotel on the roundabout looked like and WAS a construction site. obviously they had sold the front of the car park to builders as they were building residential dwellings throughout our stay. The receptionist was UNDOUBTEDLY the most miserable,unhelpful person I have ever been greeted by. she didnt even look up to greet us.made it extremely awkward. The room upgrades were not upgraded just basic rooms. i used the disabled space for my 82yr old Father on the 1st night and as soon as we moved the car the next morning a member of staff rushed out and put cones and rope in them preventing us parking there for the rest of the stay. was absolutely dismal. Worst reception service ever and i travel vastly.

  : Didn't like the fact that we were told the hotel was closed to the public on the day we were due to stay by message on my mobile phone whilst we were waiting in a departure lounge at an airport in France to catch a flight for our stay here.
  : Didn't like the fact they'd presumed that we be happy staying in the centre of Cambridge as a viable alternative. No.We struggled to find suitable accommodation in a suitable area at this short notice. Very stressful particularly when flying back to the UK for my mother's funeral arrangements.I think it's outrageous and uncaring to be let down at such incredible short notice. Their attitude was appalling and zero explanation was given as to why they could no longer accommodate us. Needless to say we shall not consider ever again staying at this hotel or any other Best Western.It's disappointing because we've stayed here before several times but no more.
