  : Good location for access to the lanes.
  : Substantial building works directly to the rear of the property causing major disruption throughout our holiday. When we raised this with the agent he just advised he didn't know about it and promised us a call back on 2 occasions to discuss our experience/concerns but has failed to do so. If you are staying in this property any time soon be aware that significant building works are being carried out within a metre of the back if the property which will impact your stay. Nothing wrong with the property itself but the extensive building works and the lack of communication and unkept promises about call backs ruined it for us.

  : Spotlessly clean, great location close to everything in Brighton, the house was well stocked and the little extras like wine, milk, tea & coffee, fresh flowers, all cooking utensils cutlery, glasses, cups etc. Beds were very comfortable and the property was warm. Highly recommended, will definitely book again.

  : The location is excellent. You are in the heart of Brighton with everything within walking distance. The place was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and well equipped. Contact with the host Renny was very helpful, prompt and welcoming. Having a secure parking space nearby was a real bonus!
  : We liked it all - just a couple of minor things. The second bedroom could have done with with a stool, tilting mirror and some hooks to hang clothes on just for practicality for us as a family.

  : All we could have asked. Excellent location in north laines. Host very friendly and accommodating.
  : TV remotes were incomprehensible. Finding tv programs was a challenge!

  : The location was excellent. Just steps away from the shops, bars restaurant, pier and seafront. Gardner Street is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Lots of useful information was provided before our visit and Rennie, the host, was easily contactable.
  : For a longer stay we would have needed somewhere to hang clothes in the twin room.
