  : Good location, breakfast isn’t bad.
  : It’s very expensive for a standard hotel. We used to be able to get a triple room but now they won’t let adults use their sofa beds so we had to pay for an extra room which meant it got very expensive.

  : The location is next to railway station, within short walking distance is excellent. It is also proximate to the city centre where activities on. Room is reasonably sized.
  : Noticed room is not cleaned sufficient. The bath room door knock is not working and one would need to slam the door I order to close. Counter staff is a bit indifferent.

  : The room was awful. We paid over £200 for one night and the view from the window was... an internal wall. This made the room claustrophobic and uncomfortable to be in. It would probably only be acceptable in a budget youth hostel. Very disappointing. Complaining directly to the hotel led nowhere. They just told me they regretted this but weren't prepared to do anything about it.

  : Breakfast was good...choice and variety, the way it was regularly topped up.Proximity to station.View of the city.
  : My partner had a meal on our first night...he really fancied fish and chips. The fish was breaded and tasted bland. The chips were very dry. He wished he’d gone out.There was a bench type area in the room...needed cushions. There was only one chair, so the bench was important.The shower needs a proper mat, as it’s slippery when wet. We enquired, as there was a note in the bathroom re this, but bath mats were only towelling ones.
