  : The bath was big. The location was good.
  : The shower would not turn the cold on properly so was always too hot. The 3rd bed (bed settee) was not comfortable, quite worn and not suitable for adults even though the property says it is for up to 6 people. The 3rd quilt was very thin and not suitable for a winter stay.

  : Good overall location to get around Brighton. Comfortable beds and bedding. Well fitted kitchen area with dishwasher! Everything you could need to self cater. Efficient water and space heating and good lighting everywhere. Smart looking bathroom.
  : Atrocious parking fees - but that's Brighton! A TV would have been useful with winter weather and Covid restrictions. Cute does mean very small. Really ideal for a couple although sleeping for the 3 of us was fine. No fuel for the log burner was a bit of a shame. Needs a few maintenance jobs doing (reported to the admin office).

  : The location was great because it was only 3-5min walk to the train station and we had many supermarkets, cafs and interesting shops nearby. It is pretty much in the town centre and all the turistic places to visit were within walking distance.There was washing up liquid, liquid hand soap plus shampoo, conditioner and gel provided. The heating worked very well.
  : The beds and sofas were really uncomfortable. Some of the pillow cases had dirt marks on them. The linen for the sofa bed was not provided. The shower always got the sides and floor wet which was really inconvenient, as there was no shower curtain. The toilet seat was broken and kept moving around which was uncomfortable. The kettle was dirty - full of limescale - so we had to use the pan to heat up the water which was really annoying. Also we saw a lot of dodgy people in the cottage lane which made us feel quite unsafe at times.Dishwasher tablets were not provided. Cutlery, plates and glasses were not thoroughly cleaned. We only had one tea towel and no clean clothes to clean surfaces - the ones in the cupboard were dirty. The vacuum cleaner was full of dust and dirt. The heaters were full of dust and the place was not thoroughly cleaned at all. The tap water is disgusting.

  : Great location, easy to find. Good amenities, including well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels for stay. Nice, small outside area.
  : Stairs very steep and steps not very deep, also no handrail for the upper part of the stairs - might not be suitable for some. Bath/shower difficult to get in and out of due to height of surround. Powerful shower with no curtain, so whole room gets very wet.

  : The place is convenient and gives a homely feeling. Appreciate the dish washer, cooking utensils, seasonings, cups and bowls of various sizes. Overall, the house is cute.
  : The bathroom door and the washing machine door cannot be opened at the same time and even scratch the nearby items when trying to open them. The toilet and wash basin are too small though the bath tub is OK. The toilet paper holder should not be kept on an open rack as the paper are moistened easily even not yet been used. The kitchen pots are dirty. The cling wrap and oven paper are used up without refill. The floors are dirty without thorough cleaning or vacuuming when moving in. The dryer cannot dry the clothes properly and loading volume is insufficient.
