  : when we arrived the washing machine had unclean towels inside that smelled horrible, the internet stopped working as well as the toaster, beds are terribly uncomfortable, and the bathrooms have no suction system and it gets too stuffy inside.

  : Very clean and pleasant apartment, Great view from the rooftop terrace.
  : Total C***up with the keys, they said the keys hadn't been returned by the previous guest and had to bring the spare Bit of a hike to the sea front but i knew what i was booking when i booked it.Balcony wouldn't be private if there was guest's next door.

  : The location suited our needs. Communication was good
  : Was not happy with the demand for a 300 deposit prior to our arrival, and particularly with the vague terms that this could be taken should a neighbour report that my family & I were "noisy". Had to waste time and money collecting, and returning, the keys from a tobacconist shop. The fact that there was only one set of keys was inconvenient. Whilst relatively spacious the apartment was furnished with cheap, flimsy furniture and was in need of maintenance eg entire kickplate below the kitchen units collapsed onto the floor as it was not attached to the kitchen units. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

  : New building, next to the grocery stores, very comfortable furniture and great interior design.
  : Check-in/check-out process. The location where you can get the key and leave it is farther is 5-10 minutes away from the building even farther from the station than the building. It would work if I wouldnt be solo, but taking all these stairs during the rain with all the luggage was not the best part.
