  : ok location, stylish and interesting, very well cleaned
  : collection of keys for access was after 4 pm (and even then was not ready!). Far too many rules and regulations - got a bit irritating with all the emails. bedroom a bit small, but lounge good

  : The location was excellent, just off the Western Road which is full of cafs, restaurants & supermarkets; ideal for a self-catering holiday. Only a 5 mins walk to Hove seafront and a 5 mins walk into Brighton.The period features and overall decor, for someone like me who loves interior design, was superb. Comfortable, spacious lounge/dining area and a strong shower in the bathroom which is always welcome! The kitchen was very well equipped for home cooking and had a washing machine available for emergency holiday laundry.I would definitely return to this property for another holiday
  : Unfortunately, our stay coincided with exterior works on the building, so we had noise.

  : Apartment was pleasant enough.
  : Weird smell coming from under the bedroom floor. Like dirty nappies.Scaffolding covered building. Builders in scaffolding all day from 8am. Generators going all through the day. Builders seeing in the apartment from scaffolding. Being woken up early from the builders. Complaints of a leak to downstairs. Having to deal with downstairs neighbour, plumber and building site manager and noone could find a leak . None of this was our fault and we weren't told about any of the building work. Asked for half money back, only offered 10% off a future stay.

  : it's literally 50 feet from a Main Street with shopping, restaurants, and most important - buses. The beach is just a 3 min walk around a park.
  : No windows could be opened except for the bathroom window. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD! I reported this several times and each time I was assured that the windows opened but as a 6'2" 250lb man, I could not open them so I'm sure they do not open. The managers were to send fans and someone to open the windows, but that never happened. Lots of apologies but no remedies. Also, given it was hot and the temperature this week will be 104F, I'm not sure anyone will want to bake in that apartment. There is no air conditioning nor fans and like I said, the windows don't open. The furniture is very used (not antique) and not very comfortable. Additionally, the floors where installed poorly so you feel like you will fall through.

  : The location was very good. Liked the classic features. Liked the Brunswick Square Gardens close by which were very pleasant to spend time in. Could see the seaside from one of the windows which was lovely.
  : The floor boards were extremely squeeky. The bedroom was too small in which the bed took up most of the space with only one bedside table and no bedside lamps. We were extremely disappointed to arrive at the apartment at the allocated time to find it hadn't been cleaned or serviced. We contacted our host and eventually the cleaner came while we had to leave apartment. We did receive apologies and a small reimbursement off our rate. However when entering an apartment for the first time to find it unserviced was very disappointing.
