: Great size. Lovely set up.
: Requested a slightly earlier check in as we had very young children and lots of bags and got a very cold response of “check in is at 4”. Made the first day very difficult and uncomfortable. Otherwise loved it.

: Good location, comfortable beds, & lots of bathrooms for our number of 8 people. Bedroom sizes were quite small compared to the number of beds in them. However we had s comfortable stay very convenient location right next to a supermarket & ‘The Lanes’ in Brighton. Very helpful landlord when we had a problem with the property which was rectified immediately in polite & swift manner. Our entire family had a relaxing & happy stay.
: We found key pad entry tricky initially & could not get in to property. A few tweaks needed fixing in the property - low pressure in shower, some door handles were loose , a couple of windows difficult to close. Smallest room had 3 beds in it which meant squeezing past to reach the window. No free parking but parking available outside for a charge.

: The communal area was great, and the sizing of most the rooms was goodThe location was also really good with a shop just up the road We did arrive half hour early and the cleaners kindly let us put our bags in the property
: The water pressure was very low, meaning there were occasions we couldn't flush the toilets, some people quite often had to go without showers, and we had to wash the brides hair over the sink when the shower turned off half way through her shower even though only 3 people had showered before her that day.The property was quite dirty when we arrived, fag butts outside on both balconies, popcorn on the floor, hair and sand in the showers, hair and marks on the floor (I have photos if you wish to see them). We had to run around cleaning the house before the bride to be arrived. We did arrive half hour early and the cleaners kindly let us put our bags in the property, but we then left, so I dont feel we interrupted their cleaning or that this would have meant the house should be dirty.One of the door handles to the bedroom was loose and came off a few timesThe oven only had one rack so it was hard to cook for 18 people, and was very dirty (filled the kitchen with smoke when we turned it on) so we had to deep clean it before using it.The kitchen was missing a few key items.
