: Price was hiked by 200 when we had to move the dates due to COVID restrictions. We had to get our deposits refunded. No loyalty, just greed.

: Location was good. The only thing let location down was the pub. So you could here people past midnight. Overall experience was good.

: Full of dampness downstairs, shower hasnt worked since 2017 when 1st reported. No cp12 certificate. Bed and furniture uncomfortable. Smell of drainage to downstairs shower room. Having to live in darkness due to having to have blinds closed like living in a goldfish bowl. Front and rear yards a mess and need refurbished

: freezing cold down stairs settees needed a clean + uncomfortable down stairs toilet not very nice double bed bit small + uncomfortable single bed had springs comming up in it the tellys were so small you could not see the tv guide booked for a week checked out after 3 days

: We ate out we did not have a breakfast Large kitchen comfortable beds clean shower was great overall it was great and we would come back here again
: The one shower could be improved overall it was a great stay there

: Lovely clean cottage in the heart of bowness! Literally a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops
: Quite noisy at the weekends with people leaving the pubs
