  : Really outdated, wasn’t clean, had to ask for extra towels and toilet roll as no one comes to clean the rooms. Cups in the room were dirty. Wires hanging from ceiling from the lights, window didn’t open, booked a sea view room but couldn’t see out the windows due to the sealed unit inside that had broken so all the window was misted up from inside. “Free WiFi” doesn’t work if you’re on the second or third floor. We stayed on the third floor and the water pressure was terrible. The shower water just trickled out do you couldn’t even have a shower! You couldn’t flush the toilet more than once an hour as once you’d flushed once it was as though there was no water in the system. The rooms were really cold. The main emergency exit door handle was broken so you struggled to get out of the building. Massive 2 inch gaps under the room doors leading to the corridors. The walls in the room looked water damaged.Hardly saw the staff as there was a piece of paper stuck to the office door with a phone number on it to call. Corridor leading to the toilets from the bar had mould growing on the carpet upto the walls. PICTURES OF THE HOTEL INSIDE ARE NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AT ALL!!! Wouldn’t book to stay here again!

  : Room size is super for family of 4. Staff were very friendly. Offered longer parking after out checkout time with extra cost but alot cheaper than paying on road or other carparks.
  : Could do with a bit of a clean. But we only used for sleeping.

  : The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were too soft, my view out from the room window was a brick wall, no hot water in the bathroom and hardly no tea facilities as no coffee or milk no bin in the room
