  : The location was convenient and the staff member/owner was pleasant. I was asked if I had any issues around 30min after arrival but I had yet to encounter the hot water problem and I assumed the place would get warmer once the heating kicked in (It didn't)The parking was convenient but at £10 a night not much cheaper than using on street parking.
  : The place was freezing cold and the heating entirely inadequate. We visited on a cold weekend but that's no excuse for the interior of the building being uncomfortably cold. The small radiators in both rooms were on but only got mildly warm and made little difference. The hallway was unheated with a draughty room door sucking all the heat from the room. The bathroom was like a fridge. The showers in both of our rooms were unusable at a hot setting. The pressure wasn't sufficient. I could get hot water from the shower head if held down low but when raised above head height it died to a trickle. I had to run the shower at a like warm temperature just to achieve the dribble shown in my attached picture. My elderly parents and 4yo son forwent the use of the shower as it was that poor.I didn't have the opportunity to raise these issues with the owner as our stay was short but looking back over previous reviews these aren't unique problems we have encountered. I understand these are new owners but these rooms shouldn't be rented out until the problems were resolved.

  : Was a faulty shower but they let me use a shower in a different room so they did the best they could and dealt with the issue
