  : The property was in good location, tram stop right outside
  : Where do I start? When arrived we were shocked with what we weee looking at, a decaying tired building that looked like nothing from pictures on booking.com.When walking into reception there was paper lying everywhere I very messy outlook. The staff who was working was very nice and politely showed us the stairs and where to go for the room.While walking up the stairs the smell which I presume from the sticky carpet was really bad, I couldnt actually describe what it smells like but its not nice.Entering the room you are greeted with a very basic room with a small double bed stuck to a wall with very little space from the side of the room to the front wall (if being in small places isnt your thing then this hotel isnt for you) the walls are a yellow paint colour with dampness and stains all over them, there was skirtings missing showing the external brickwork, in the bathroom there was broken tiles, dampness and lots of dirts in all of the corners.Before we went out for the evening, I decided to go for a shower, the water was left running for 10 minuets to let it heat up, when going into the the shower the water was still freezing cold, then I went to look at other reviews and then found out the water doesnt turned on to warm from 8 in the morning until check out time at 10 am.When going to bed, we pulled the cover back and seen there wasnt a fitted sheet on the bed, was just a bit of linen that has been pulled across the 4 corners, the bed was a the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, the springs have been worn out, and you feel ever single move you make in the bed. OurThe parking situation is first come first served really, in other words its a free for all, if you are there early you will be last out in the next morning, so best not arriving till late on. The parking is 10 and you receive a bit of paper written by a sharpie saying the hotels number with a reference code, all very amateurish in my opinion.

  : No hot water,no curtains on window Worn out towels,very dated room,on 5the floor lift wasnt working.Carpet was dirty aso.no mattress covers on bed;unable to open window.

  : Everything was vile scruffy dirty stunk I wouldnt let a dog stay here never mind anything else its disgusting! Staff a cheeky cocky bitch to if I knew I wasnt going to get my refund back as she said I would I would have nocked her clean out ! Rude cocky and in denial is an understatement lazy scruffy people and hotel DONT EVEN BOTHET TO BOOK! PLUS A PUBIC HAIR GREETED ME CHECK IN PICS

  : The hotel room was very small with no room what so ever. Dirty marks over the draw handles that have been there since August as someone else posted pictures of it. No hot water or heating upon arrival and was told it doesnt kick in until 8am.The room was absolutely freezing.

  : Absolutely disgusted staying at this hotel. 1-we arrived had to ring to be let in as door was locked signed a paper paid for parking and that was it didnt see anyone who worked there again wasnt even shown the room and reception was closed the whole stay 2- bar was not open the whole time we were there 3- we were told the heating is not on will put it on for about an hour at night to take the edge off the room was that cold I had to go buy some fluffy night west 4- we were then told the hot water only gets turned on between 7-11 am and 4-7 pm there was nothing about this online 5- there was damp in the room the paint was pealing off onto the floor 6- there was a crack in the window of our room 6- the bathroom floor was coming up and the shower was filthy 7- the corridor as you go upstairs stunk of smoke like someone had been smoking even though its a none smoking hotel. If it wasnt for this been for my husbands 30th birthday I wouldnt of stayed I would of gone home. I am appalled and disgusted that a hotel would offer this kind of standards the rooms look nothing like online at all !!!

  : Everything else the room was not very clean there was a gap in the window so it made it colder in there and the heating was not working for the first night then got fixed the next day but the room that we was in it still was not working
