  : It was very close to Harrow tram station so nice and quiet but quick and easy to make it into town. We also liked there was 2 bathrooms and plenty of space.
  : We didnt quite like the second door from the hall entry to one of the bedrooms, we werent aware of the code as the front door code didnt work and as we were staying with family werent comfortable walking through their room each time.

  : In the twin bedroom kids could access the door out on to the hallway near front door. A lock would have been better on the inside so kids can't open the door from the inside. But to be honest everything was great loved it felt like being at home was much better than a hotel room

  : The property was clean and the beds were comfortable and warm on such a cold weekend.
  : Arrival - The front door was a nightmare to open. We obtained the key without issues but unlocking and opening the front door was difficult and in the cold and dark was very tricky. It just needs looking at. The basics are serious lacking in this property. Eg: washing up liquid and tea towel was provided, but no cloths to wash. This put us off cooking. The cutlery was mis-matched. Its sounds trivial but makes a huge difference. A pint of milk already in the property would have been a nice touch on arrival. The blinds in the front bedroom didnt close properly. This meant we couldnt undress/dress in there as we were on the main road. The hand soap was watered down to almost water!! No smell and definitely no suds! The radiator was off in the twin bedroom and arriving in the evening in the cold and dark, it was freezing! Once turned on it did warm up nicely though. There is a lot that could be done to better an ok stay to a good stay here. Its very much about the small touches and make all the difference and enhance the guest experience.
