  : Was absolutely filthy and looks like the hotel is not just used for holiday let and perhaps temp accommodation.

  : Nobody on reception when we arrived.The family room was absolutley horrendous. The window looked like it was going to fall off. The carpet was completely away from the trim making it a hazard. The bunk bed wall strap was snapped. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk. Cracked bathroom floor tiles. Grout all stained and mouldy in the bathroom. The hotel once inside upstairs going to your room looked like either an HMO or a halfway house. The whole first floor smelt of weed. My children were crying because they didnt want to stay in the room. Finally found a staff member to complain to, he stated he couldnt refund me if i left as it was late at night and they couldnt re-rent the room out. He moved us to another room which was a touch better (the windows didn't look like they were going to fall off, and we had tea and coffee). I paid £149.10 for 1 night for a family room and to be totally honest I wouldnt stay here for free. Just disgusting!

  : The beds are really uncomfortable.springs coming out.the room hadn't been cleaned properly.there was one red pillow on the bed that was absolutely filfy black.and the room needs a good painting

  : Very basic room, no toilet paper on check in we had to ring reception and ask for some. Headboard wasn’t secured to the wall and kept falling down.
