: - Great customer service- We was shown around the house by the facilitator - The house was modern, stylish, clean, tidy and spacious- I would definitely visit again (probably for longer) - Necessities included such as deodarant, air freshner, toothpaste, handwash, oil, margarine, cordial- The facilitator made sure we was satisfied with our visit
: - Spoons in the cutlery draw were not clean so had to wash them again- There was no additional bin bags so we had to reuse one big bag that was already there- Information about the deposit was not made very clear prior to check in. The facilitator said it was on the booking.com site (which it was) but I hadnt seen this when I made the bookingI should have got an email/text about this so I was made clear of this- There was no access to the back garden. The facilitator did mention that it was muddy outside and that was why the back door is locked but I wasnt happy about this as this is what I had paid for
