  : NOTHING, Cannot think of a single good point apart from possibly easy parking.
  : Considering two booked rooms online they struggled to confirm the booking,while waiting at the checkin confronted by alcoholics and druggies, both rooms smelled ,no tea/coffee facilites just a lonely kettle,outside window had a flat roof covered in cig butts and trash,mattress from hell (feel every spring) tv not working,cracked mirror and noisy extractor fan next to window.Was told management getting kicked out on that morning so no breakfast,not even a tea.The general locals were either drugged,drunk or both,the place stunk with weed morning and night.

  : Nothing , the new manager was a pleasant person and some of the staff realised their mistake and apology 8
  : I was very unhappy with the way I was treated.. All the way from London to Birmingham, getting to my hotel, .I realised the room was upside down . not as described online, the rooms were not prepared/ set up, no bed sheet on the bed, bed was dismantled, some of sink was blocked. At some point, we bust into arguments that almost result in a fight. Some people in the hotel were trying to fight me and my brother just because we were standing up for our right.Some of the staff were terrible, racist and very rude and unprofessional, I can boldly say the say that the word "customers is always right" is not in dictionaries. I am once a customer service attendance, and I knew how I dealt with sensitive situations. I dont bust into arguments with a customer. Even when I am right , i tried to be calm and polite.

  : The toilet was dirty and unwashed. The place was more like a clubhouse. Noise and people half naked smoking everywhere. And roughly rowdy.
