  : Lovely quiet rural location, nice to see the horses from your window everyday. Welcome hamper was a nice added touch. Rosie was lovely made us welcome.
  : Sofa bed was unconfortable. Thought breakfast was overpriced although it was lovely.

  : Excellent location away from hustle and bustle of business but short drive from many beautiful locations. Beautiful walks across the golf course. Good facilities in the cottage which is nicely decorated.It was great for family of 2 adults and 2 young children plus doggie. Tho in my opinion a bit too small if you had 4 adults there. Hot tub and bbq its a nice addition, tho both could do with upgrades.
  : Paying extra 100 for hot tub. Sofa bed a bit too small and soft (could do with topper)

  : Great location. Very picturesque. Good shower pressure and temperature.
  : Only one glass wine glass. No Champagne glasses. Electric heaters were not enough to heat the property on there own but it was minus 3. The log fire was a bonus of an evening.

  : beautiful location, great hosts, all you need is there. lots of extras provided on top of the usual coffee and tea. milk in the fridge, basic cooking spaces, etc. Ive never seen it before so was well impressed.
  : I wished we would have stayed longer!

  : Beautiful setting, loverly location and was perfect apart from the points raised below which were a shame.
  : Two things need raising. First pointWe booked via Booking.com as there was an option for cash payment. A few days before then arrival I was asked to satisfy a percentage of the transaction, which I didnt mind and end up paying the lot on trust as Rosie was very communicative. However, booking.com didnt have any stipulation to say it had to be paid before the event just cash payment on arrival. To conclude, I paid in advance as I didnt want to lose out on the property so close to the arrival day. If she doesnt like cash payment options l, they shouldnt be presented on Booking.com?!Second PointRead the below which summarising the event well and these questions remain unanswered responses to this day. Not very professional especially as we paid 100 for the hot tub for 2 nights stay and one of them we couldnt use it!! Sent 21st Jan (that night)Hi Rosie we went to use the HotTub at 21:00 and it was cold. Well 30Degrees. We changed it to 40 and its 22:30 and only moved 2 degrees. Unfortunately this doesnt meet our expectations and conversion we had where the hot tub will be warm by 20:00, so weve lost this evening.Can we arrange for 50 to be refunded as weve paid for a service for a day that cannot be used.(Sent the following morning)Morning RosieWe checked the Hot Tub at 07:00AM this morning and it was a lovely 40 degrees. Weve turned it down to a hot tubs average temperature of 36-38 degrees and will leave it there for the remainder of our stay.Let me know if weve done the right thing?
