  : It was awful...lady on reception was rude. I had my flight from DXB to london and reached hotel at 1030hrs. The first experience was after ringing many bells she appeared and just gave two keys. I had no idea about the building and she said to find by my own. Aaah with the heavy luggage and tiring journey i started searching the room and after 10nminutes found my stay place.My train was early morning to manchester and I had to checkout at 0630hrs and that was nightmare. For 30 minutes I was ringing the bells calling over the phone but no one answered and finally I dropped the key in my room.I had already hired Taxi who charged me double because of holding him.

  : The full hotel, it should not have 3stars,Not like the picture on booking.com but I should be thankful ,they did put me in one of the rooms with heating and we did have curtains up at the windows!
