  : The location was peaceful. We dont drive but were able to get to the property with two children and luggage by foot once off the train.
  : It was dirty. The pull out bed had pet hair all over the mattress, stains and dirt. It was really dusty. I expected live bugs due to location but was shocked at the amount of dead crusty bugs that had collected all over the property. There were tobacco products and food items left behind on and in cabinets which to me suggested it hadnt been cleaned properly before we came along. Locks on the windows had clearly come away and not replaced. I only encountered contact with staff once at check in and they were a bit funny, commenting on my name which made me a bit uncomfortable.

  : The only thing we liked was the actual location.Close to Avimore centre, 10min drive from Loch Morlich, about 15min drive from Landmark Adventurw Pakr and Cairngorm Mountain is about 15min drive.
  : The chalet we stayed in was dirty and looked like it was clean prior to arrival. There was bird dropping on the front steps, on the wee front veranda and picnic table. Spider webs were all over the outside chalet and one was even in the bathroom. The veranda windows were beyond dirty, the window frames were dirty, there was hair in the bath tub and plaster, the sink was cleaned and there was dirty water in the sink in the kitchen. Also the double bed looked like it hasn't been stripped and fresh linen put on and so I decided to sleep on the living room sofa were thrown in the wardrobe and the tea pot was black with dirt. Also the wee veranda was covered in bird droppings, cob webs and the floor boards were cracked and unsafe.We were absolutely shocked and disgusted with the unsatisfactory state of the chalet. Not what we payed for at all. Wel definitely will not be coming back.

  : There were some safety issues. Doors could really do with a latch to stop young kids from being able to open doors and run out. Also some fencing was broken and my kid nearly fell due to it
