  : Clean room with big and comfortable bed.The room has a to small window,very poorly lighting in the room. I booked a room for 2 adults but in the bathroom we just found one small shower gel and one shampoo.we spend 4 days in the resort and first 2 days the restaurant and bar had no heating so no fancy clothes for the Christmas lunch or dinner.The shop from the resort was open just in our last day .The breakfast didnt had many choices for my taste,coffee machine was broken so not a proper coffee for me (I like espresso)shame for a 4 star hotel (200 per night we paid)Our breakfast was included but my partner asked for coffee latte and the waiter said that we have to pay extra 2,5 for that ,just a black coffee is included with the breakfast .The time we stayed there the weather was with snow then -4* but they never spread something on the walkway or the road inside resort,everything was dangerously covered with ice.the good thing was that the bar by the reception has a professional and friendly staff,his name is Vlad ,it was a real pleasure being served by him

  : We were moved from a (slightly more expensive) Macdonald hotel within the same grounds due to their under capacity. When asked about the different price we were told that we were being upgraded to a deluxe room and not charged for early check in. Looking back at the booking, we already had a deluxe room and I have never before been charged for an early check in. In addition, the booking.com site gave a price of 109 including tax, charges, b&b but I was actually charged 144 on the next screen (I have just checked and this error appears to still be occurring on the site). Therefore in the end we paid a lot more than we expected for our room. While we enjoyed our stay, we would have probably stayed somewhere else for that price.
