  : You can pay with cash only. Room is in bad shape, hotel definitely needs renovation. When we arrived room smells like shisha bar. And on top of that there was no hot water early in the morning (shut off hot water for a night, really?). Terrible place, avoid it if you can.

  : Everything in this hotel its bad I came to take rest , I didnt take it alot of type of Annoying me Yesterday, he spoke with the staff and reception about what is happening with me, but I did not find respect for me or any dealings with me because of the inconvenience.

  : The interior of lobby and dining area is nice. The rooms look quite good. There is a free closed parking area. The staff was very friendly and tried to help.
  : The hotel creates high expectation but is not able to match them. There's only 1 small elevator for the quite big 6-floor hotel. Breakfast: It's included in the price, but the quality is horrible. They use very basic quality products and it's not enough food for all the visitors. Very poor diet menu selection. My boyfriend had someone's hair in the baked chicken (!) Coffee is not included in breakfast and must be bought separately, although tea is included. Apples are tasteless, although the hotel is located in the region where there are many apple trees with tasty apples in the summer. The tables are dirty, as the staff can't clean it on time after all the guests. Rooms: What's the point of writing in the room description that it is sound-proof, if it isn't? It's zero sound-proof, you can hear all the noise from the corridor. The water flow in the shower on the 5th floor was extremely poor. There was no air conditioning in the room. The WiFI in the room was VERY weak and slower than 3G. There was no WiFi password in the room (you have to call the hotel to ask), bu there is a pricing list with a few pages of everything that you could possibly damage and its price. Zero pages describing some helpful information for guests (for example, the reception desk number or breakfast hours or anything else). Quite the opposite to "client oriented". Also, when booking we asked for a double room in advance, but they gave us a twin room. Conclusion: you can sleep here one night if you have no other place to stay in Bukovel. Other than that, just skip it.
