: The staff and almost everything was perfect for the price
: Very noisy neighbor hotel guests. There are some signs of age of the hotel, like door knobs and faucets.I booked 2.5 months in advance, but when I confirmed my check-in hours 3 days before my stay, I received a phone call from the hotel, and they told me that maybe there was some system failure, and they have my stay dates one day later. I had to book another hotel for that first night. I don't know whose fault was this, the hotel's or booking.com, but the hotel gave us a free one-day pass to the SPA as a compensation

: The overall experience was decent. I can't say luxury but rooms were just fine. We had a view from balcony that was really nice. The hotel offers Parking for the residents which is great to have. Staff were kind and even offered a promocode upon leaving for next visit.
: Spa was a bit overpriced for its size, but yet its a good to have for relaxing. I had bad experience with the food, but I understand that the food comes from the restaurant on the first floor that is a separate establsihment. Also a bit of bitter aftertaste that after leaving I was notified that takeaway food had included a discount, while reception did not mention this in anyways and just informed us that delivery to the room was free of charge. Its a few steps to the restaurant and takeaway definitely worths it much more.
