  : The location was good and the balcony offered a nice view over the town.
  : The customer service was non-existent. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, we waited for a little while but still no one arrived. We left our bags in front of the reception and drove around to find a car park. When we returned there was still no one at the reception. We were forced to asked someone at the restaurant if they could help us. Someone finally came and barely said a word to us. It was as if we were inconveniencing them for being there as she did not smile and did not greet us with even a "Hello" or "Welcome". The language barrier was not an issue as my wife is Turkish which she knew because she took photos of our passports. I was forced to call the reception from my mobile phone to find out the usual details about the room and hotel that is usually provided at check-in by a staff member. My wife was very disappointed with the service too and when I raised it as an issue with the manager I was met with aggression and excuses as opposed to an apology or a "Welcome". When I told him that we were waiting around for someone to help us, instead of apologizing, he threatened to check the security cameras to see if I was telling the truth about how long I had been waiting. This lack of customer service was a common trend for the entire stay. Breakfast was average and met with the same apathetic staff. If you decide to book here, don't expect smiles or friendly staff to welcome you, offer advice on what to do and see during your stay or even say greet when you go to and from the hotel. It was extremely disappointing and a shame because it is a nice hotel in a good location.
