  : Location was great.
  : Rooms were tired, maintenance needed on internal and external area. AC noisy and drains were smelly! Room servicing was hit or miss!

  : This hotel uses its exceptional location to allure guests in only to make quick money. Once you reserved (and paid the nonrefundale fee), the hotel couldnt care less about the broken room youre going to stay. If you dont want to waste half of your time dealing with broken AC, useless massage tub (you pay $50 extra per night for it), other broken things in your room, and the other half of your time arguing with the dishonest and dismissive receptionist, dont waste your money and stay away from this place. We stayed two nights at this hotel. When we booked, the only option was a nonrefundable rate. Right after checking in we found out that the massage tub didnt heat up. The room with massage tub is $50 more per night than other rooms. On the next day we moved to another room with a massage tub which the receptionist guaranteed would work. Two hours later we found out that not only the tub didnt work, the AC didnt work either. There was also trash on the deck. We then moved to a third room, the AC in which was working but the massage tub was still broken. On top of that the umbrella on the deck was broken. By that time, we were too tired to move anymore and there is no more room with massage tub anyway. What made the situation worse was the deceptive and dishonest receptionist. On the first day, we told him that the massage tub didnt heat up. No one ever showed up to fix it. We called again the next day and a technician came. After he fixed the tub, he said that it will take another day (by the time we check out) for the tub to become warm. We then went to the receptionist for a solution. The receptionist lied that he didnt send anyone to fix it earlier because we said its ok over the phone and he assumed that we were fine with a cold tub. We never said its ok (why would we?). We were shocked that he dared to lie to us about what we said. He insisted that its not his responsibility and vigorously argued against whatever we said.
  : The argument only ended because we didnt want to continue. He then moved us to the room with a broken AC and broken massage tub. He lied again that the massage tub was working. He also lied that he would send us a bottle of wine as a compensation. The wine never showed up. We asked to talk to his manager. He lied that the manager was not there and he was the one in charge. But later on we found out that the manager was on site all the time. After we found out the broken AC, he didnt even want to pretend that he cares. We had to go to his office to demand a change of room. Before we checked out, we were finally able to talk to the manager (not through the receptionist). The manager gave us around $25 as a compensation.We basically wasted more than $100 and lots of time for nothing. This places mismanagment is to a level that it embarrasses the beautiful nature. With the same price, you could find a much better (and real) luxurious resort and really enjoy your time.

  : The location is fantastic. The staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you. Room was amazing.
  : The restaurant food is not great and it doesn't really match the quality of the hotel. It is very obvious that the food is not fresh but we do accept that it was out of season when we visited (Early November 2021). Nevertheless, we had a lovely evening and would certainly go back.
