  : Location is good. Access to Metro with a walking distance.
  : I booked this place for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenager boys) for 3 nights. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom upon our arrival . I thought they will refill it on the next morning but later I found that this place don't offer any room service. When we called them the next morning to request toilet paper, we were asked to buy it by ourselves because the office was closed. It is new to me that I need to buy my own toilet paper when I stay in a hotel. They could have done a better job.

  : Cleaningness and how close the location is to all amenities, the host (regardless of language barrier) was very nice.
  : The host does not speak english, communication was very hard, the building has a few cockroaches.

  : It was extremely clean, but you may need to consider that It was not luxury. I am extremely happy since I have not seen yet this level of cleaning in a Booking appartment! For the money I paid It was a well deserved accomodation.
