  : The staff at the hotel were great, very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast which was included was also good with a selection of warm and cold options and a plentiful supply of coffee. The hotel itself is in a decent location with a Metro stop a few metres down the road, although there isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area.
  : The curtains in our room weren't great and struggled to keep the light out in the mornings, could do with replacing, but that was one specific room. There was also some traffic noise, but I think that is a reflection on the bustling city of Istanbul rather than the hotel itself - I think it would be impossible to avoid in the city centre.

Here are some of the issues I encountered during my stay: **Room Size & Cleanliness:** The room size was quite cramped, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed housekeeping smoking in my room while cleaning, which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant for a non-smoker like myself. **Bathroom:** The bathroom had a broken shower handle, which made it challenging to use the shower comfortably. This is a basic maintenance issue that should be promptly addressed in any hotel, especially a 4-star one. **TV Channels:** The TV channel selection was disappointingly limited, with only Turkish channels available. A 4-star hotel should provide a more diverse range of channels to cater to the varied preferences of its guests.

It would benefit from significant improvements in room size, cleanliness, maintenance, and TV channel offerings.
