  : Small scale buffet as per hotel , so it was expected. Clean , local to main attractions of Istanbul. Shops and restaurants near by.
  : Stains on surfaces. No mini bar it was just a fridge.

  : The location of the hotel is very good and the staff. Administrators are very attentive.
  : We did not like the breakfast. Same thing every day and very little choice. My room is very small. Two people with their suitcases found it particularly difficult to accommodate. The windows are dirty. We were on the 2nd floor and the whole night the sound of air conditioners came from outside or I don't know some kind of motor. Very low quality personal hygiene products. There was no toothbrush and no bathrobes. The windows of the second floor go to someone's roof, which we could not understand from the pictures.

  : At check in the staff required cash payment. They refused to charge the card as the terminal was not working. They insisted on me getting cash from ATM and threatened to kick me out with a child, which was very disturbing. I paid to booking myself with no problem. The room they gave me had a leaking shower and the switch was broken and they wouldnt repair as it was no big deal for them apparently. They promised to change the room to a better one starting from the next day. So I stayed but in the evening they called to tell me that another room not available, it was given to someone else. I think this is scam! There is cigarette smoke everywhere even inside the room, even in the bathroom. the carpet on the common stairs is heavily stained. There is absolutely no place in the room for 2 per, about 25-30 cm passage around the bed. You cannot see it from pictures on booking. The room needs urgent renovation and good wash. It was noisy because of the tram - the windows did not close properly as they are probably old and broken.

  : AC did not work even after asking for it to be fixed, which was very disappointing.Bathroom was much smaller than expected.Neighbours were very noisy - not soundproof rooms
