: Room is clean, spacious and quite modern. I personally appreciate the more neautral design of it rather than the typical over the top middle eastern decor. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, location is excellent.
: - The hotel everywhere (Google Maps, towels, ...) is called Black Tulip. It is a bit confusing when you go to location and find that the name of the hotel in the entrance and everywhere is The Black Tulip. - The staff was very helpful, but their recommendations for tours etc were more expensive than something you could find on the internet and walking around. Maybe what they offer is much better... I don't know. But I don't like that all their recommendations were way more expensive. - this is not hotels fault, but there is a mosque near by, and the call to pray 5 times day, specially the one around 5am, can wake you up if you are a light sleeper like me. I ended up sleeping with ear plugs. Minor things but to be aware of.

: Location was excellent- a short walk to all of the major attractions. The breakfast spread was also quite good. The room was spacious enough for our family of 5.
: The floor in the room seemed a bit dirty. We could hear noise from the tram, but it was fairly quiet in the nighttime hours. The traffic getting into old town from the airport was horrendous, but obviously that is not the hotel's fault, just something to consider.
