  : AC poor, bathroom shower, toilet seat like its falling apart. Exposed plaster and screws. Shower not looking clean. Ants and other bugs on bathroom floor. Lack of tea and coffee in room, no cups or spoons , had to get it ourselves from restaurant. Bed sheets not wide enough for bed. Photos on booking.com deceiving

  : Location is good, very near grand bazaar and Sultanahmet mosque. Thats all advantages we got
  : Hotel management needs to invest some money if they want to keep guests choosing them. Fridge is not working, staff changed it but still it would never cool the things even when we kept electricity on over day and night. If u travel with children be ready that neighbors will knock the wall due noise. In WC there is always smell of cigarettes from ventilation whole. Flash is not working properly. No water provided, no toothpaste, no flipflops or bathrobes, included breakfast has literally only egg (fried or boiled) some fruit and olives. Staff been nice, they serve what they were given from management.We paid 600 eur for 5 nights so of u had experience of 5 star hotel then better not to chose renzo.

  : There were problems with electricity in RENZO hotel and we were given a room in another hotel RIA SUITES, the hotel was new, we were the 1st guests in our room, everything was new
  : During our stay elevator wasn't functioning and this made us feel uncomfortable
