  : Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.There is a variety of restaurant and shops within walking distance, if you are so inclined there is also a tram very close by. If you are there to walk around market type shops this is the place for you.
  : The road that the hotel is on is almost always closed to vehicular access therefore you can't order a taxi to the hotel and when you are in a foreign country this can be a serious problem. We got a genius upgrade to a better room at the time of booking, however, the hotel did not honour this and gave us the tiniest box room I have ever seen with a view of a crumbling rooftop. There is no restaurant or room service at the hotel, we found we had to walk up a hill to get to any restaurants. The hotel communal areas are very messy with equipment stored in the corridors. Before travelling hotel we requested an early check in but they would not let us check in a minute earlier so we had to wait on the street for an hour and a half.

  : Unfortunately there was very little pickings at the buffet breakfast, and often we had to wait for dishes to be cooked and brought out, which is rather annoying when you are running on a tight schedule.
