  : The hotel is very run down, it is clear that it was once very well renovated, but everything is in disrepair. The bathroom is dirty. There is dirt in the toilet. Dirty floor. The shower doors are broken and water is dripping onto the floor. Hotel just to spend the night.

  : Most staff were friendly, they offered needed services.
  : Hotel staff arranged to have our laundry done by the housekeeper. It was pretty expensive for 1 load at 100 to ($3.50), but we were assured multiple times through the translator app that it would be washed and dried. The maid woke us up early the next morning to bring our clothes to us. Our clothes were returned wet. There was not a good way to dry that many. We had to attend to them so they did not get packed wet and get totally ruined. We tried bringing some up to the rooftop but there were no clothes pins. We had to sit in filth waiting for our clothes to dry and making sure our clothes did not fly away. this ruined our entire vacation and all of our clothes smelled like mildew. Staff refused to refund the money nor provide any sort of compensation. Who, even in America, would ever pay $3.50 only for 1 load of clothes to be washed?! The air conditioner didnt turn down to quite low enough of a temperature. It was somewhat dirty and if we asked to have cleaned, it was not cleaned well. Very small twin bed. Refrigerator turned off and on and was extremely loud.

  : Cleaning personnel entered my room without permission while I was out. Whne I came back I noticed the key she had left on the door. It was irresponsibility of the cleaning personnel

  : Good location, poor but safe area, turkish people around were friendly.
  : Hotel room should have been more cleaned. It was acceptable to man's eyes, but woman's eye sees different.

  : Staff were very nice. Elevator is easy. Balcony with nice view. Large room and such. Good towels. WIFI is fine. Good enough location near tram and such.
  : Facilities the toilet was a bit unstable and the shower leaked water so for the whole stay the entire bathroom had very watery floor. I was there for 7 days and cleaning came on the 5th day I think so the sheets we're pretty used and same for towels. Lack of extra soap. Couldn't drink tap water so had to buy water bottles from a shop since it's not always available at the reception desk. The street was pretty narrow and congested so difficult for taxis to pick up and drop off. Non working fridge and only one working electrical outlet.
