  : The staff was incredibly rude. One of the workers was playing a video game on his phone when I asked about laundry. He told me I should do my own laundry, it's better for me to stop talking to him. He was a tall, clean shaven guy. He was disrespectful. He got mad when I asked for toilet paper. He said laundry was 40 lira per item and when I brought my clothing he said 150 lira. Then I said can we find out the price he said no go do your own laundry. Never staying here again
  : Rude customer service, extremely hard pillows, toilet seat was broken, the bidet had scalding hot water, the bathroom was extremely tiny.

  : - the location is great- the rooms look nice- rooftop terrace has a great view
  : - dirty rooms: the bathroom was full with toothpaste splashes, towels were dirty (more than once), the floor was not clean and dead mosquitos on the walls - low quality bed: polyester bed lining which makes you feel like in plastic foil while sleeping in summer. Also the beds are hard as a rock - bad customer service: once i came back from a night out at midnight and I was told I had to change my room because there was an issue they had to fix there. The concierge gave me 5 minutes (!) to pack everything and move. After discussing he gave me 10 minutes more so I have time to grab all my stuff. Then he didn't show up for half an hour, which meant I was forced to wait until 1 o'clock until I could finally go to bed!- the breakfast consisted of cereals, some warm cheese (no cooling of the food which is very unpleasant in summer), packed butter and jam and a few other things. It is not worth the money at all.

  : Chose the property on location and previous reviews. The staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. We had suites which were of good size, very clean, comfortable beds, amazing shower. 1 had a much better view than the other. Free breakfast 8:30~10:30 was basic Continental but perfectly adequate and tasty to set you up for the day.
  : The lift was not working when we were there and a delay to fix it due to Eid holiday. This was problem as 3 out of the 4 of us have medical issues that made the stairs to our top floor suite daily a painful struggle.

  : The room was clean and the A/C worked fine. Staff was great! The terrace was a great place to spend some time after a long day walking. Coffee and tea was always available in the terrace. The room size was ok. It had a fridge and all the toiletries. Location was great!
  : I would prefer a better view.
