  : Staff spoke very poor English, first room had mold, second one was at the same level with street, very noisy and hot , at the reception when I arrived to check in they wanted to change me again, I tried to explain cos I already paid but I couldnt understand with guy from reception in English not te best experience

  : The location is perfect, fast to arrive by foot to many touristic objectifs
  : The staff appears friendly, but when you have a problem they say yes, and DON'T solve it. The cleaning services that we requested , didn't exist. In 5 days only once they came to clean the room.The bathroom wasn't too clean when we arrived

  : The Hotel is placed right by the walls of Topkapi Palace, right in the city centre. It's very close to all the main Istanbul landmarks, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia including lots of more. The interiors are well designed and new.
  : The breakfasts were average. The room was quite dark, the windows were overlooking the Palace's walls. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom washbasin drain sometimes.

  : Location was spectacular, very close to main attractions such as Haga Sofia, the Blue mosque and Topkapi Palace. Theres is a lot a of Restaurants around the area and it is super safe to go around even in the night time. Rooms were fresh and newly renovated. Breakfast was good with very little people at the same time which made it really smooth to go for breakfast. Staff was super nice and friendly
  : Cleaning and housekeeping service was disappointing. Rooms were clean for unfortunately, and I think this is unacceptable, they forgot to make and clean our room two days in a row, we were running out of toilet paper and shampoo and we had to go to the reception to tell them so someone could come and fix this for us. We did not get any kind of formal apology or compensation for this. Also the bed didnt have any upper sheets or blanket, luckily we found a blanket in the wardrobe that didnt have a duvet cover .

  : Very nice clean room with big windows overlooking a cobbled street right in the heart of Sultanahmet - it is only a two or three minute walk to the Aya Sofya so location was great. Nice breakfast and a very good shower. Also the hotel manager Sebastian was incredibly helpful and friendly - he arranged our airport transfer for us, gave us great tips on what to do and had a couple of excellent restaurant recommendations up his sleeve too!
  : The room was a bit small
