  : Oh! The most amazing thing about this little bed and breakfast hotel was the view from the roof-top-terrace where breakfast was served. It's gorgeous. you have a full view of the Marmara Sea and parts of the old city. The breakfast was a continental breakfast.
  : No good options for American-styled breakfast. The room was comfy, but the building seems to be tilted so the floor in the room was noticeably not level (maybe 2-5 degrees). The view from the 3rd floor room was a bit grimy but it gave a nice feel of being a part of the old-city.

  : The location is excellent, right next to the tram station and close to all the sights. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were very kind and helpful.
  : When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was waiting for us at the entrance and they immediately helped us with our luggage and brought us into the hotel. However, when we were about to check in, they told us that our rooms that we booked currently have some malfunctions and they offered us to move to the apartments next to the hotel, Sultan Apartments to be exact. Since we were too tired, we immediately agreed. At first sight, everything seemed okay, but the only thing that was clean in the apartment was the bedding. Dust and mold were everywhere and the floors were not vacuumed. We had to go to the Spinel Hotel ourselves and ask for clean towels because they did not change them or clean the apartment during our stay. The staff working at the hotel reception didn't even greet us when we were leaving.

  : Workers are nice, every morning we got new and clean towels and rooms was cleaned. The heating was very good, it was May and it was cold outside , and lot of hotels turn off the heating in this time of year. Location is very good,near the all main places.
  : We didn t get exactly the same room as we reserved. The furniture is old and electric devices are old. Hair drayer didnt work, but they gave me another one. The breakfast is poor, people who are alergic on milk would have so little choise for breakfast. Last day it rained and on some places in terrace was covered with water,if there was heavy rain there could not have been breakfast at terrace.
