  : The room was so dirty that there were worms.The linen is dirty and smelly. Unwashed. We bought a new one and laid it down.We found no soap in the room, no bathrobe, no toilet paper.Even the curtains were dirty.I will never return to this hotel again.It is better to pay $ 100 more and stay in a hotel clean and without worms. it was horrible!

  : The night rception was very rood and and arragont he dont smile respond with a really rood way and talks only in turkish it was the worst rceptionist i have ever dealed with .they dont change towles every day the water was falling from the shower roof they did not fix it or bother themselves to change the room for us i really dont recommande this hotel

  : When I reached at the hotel Hamza Bey at the count i was informed they did not had the booking for me and there was no room available. Also came to know that there was no single room for 4 persons. Then i shouted little bit that i had a confirmed booking from booking.com upon then the counter person called then i had two rooms keys handed to me (one double bed) each room. very small). Very bad experience and booking.com should do somehing about this attitude and then i had the same issue in Antalya when i reached my hotel he said that no room available and he had shifted me to another hotel just beside his. What should we do and what should you booking.com can do. We should get our money refunded and they should be penalized and their partnership should end
