: We had a wonderful stay of 4 days. The hotel is located in a perfect place, almost everything being in walking distance from the hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, they have been prompt to all of our requests.
: There have been minor things, but the staff was ready to resolve all of our problems.

: The staff was very friendly and helpful and it had an awesome location that was close to many touristic areas! The aesthetic of the hotel was very nice as well!
: However, I didn’t like that there was a sort of smell in the room that was moldy but I left the windows open almost the whole time.

: 1. Very good location. 5 minutes to any transport (tram, tunnel, bus, port, taxi is available nearby). There is always the opportunity to go into the room between activities. 2. Great terrace. Spacious with an open and glazed part. Works 24/7. Nice view 3. Lots of seating areas at the reception 4. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean 5. Beautiful interiors
: 1. We booked a family deluxe suite. It turns that it is a room with four beds without windows and with one combined WC (with a non-closing door)! Weird family deluxe. The hotel was not busy and it was possible to choose rooms. So we paid extra charge for rooms with windows. 2. It seems that only a few rooms in this hotel have windows. And this windows open onto the inner reception area (have glass without noise insulation) 3. In all rooms of the hotel the doors to the WC are made of glass. Along the perimeter of the WC door, there are a centimeter gap. And there is no lock on the door at all. Thus, there is no question of any privacy 4. The doors to the rooms would be more suitable for a wardrobe (they are made of 1 cm thick wood). So we could hear what the people in the next room were talking about.

: Good location, Friendly staff and very nice interior.
: I'm really disappointed! Housekeeping was 0, white towels were with black dirty spots and the breakfast was very poor.
