  : Location - nicely situated in Istanbul. Staff were great. Hotel interior is unique. Rooftop views are nice. Breakfast was good. Coffee available 24/7.
  : Location - paradoxically it situated at such as busy junction that the noise from cars honking horns, police sirens, boat horns and tram bells made sleeping at night difficult.

  : The staff was extremely nice and upgraded my room to the sea view suite. The location is perfect, rooftop and view are amazing. I will return explicitly!
  : The watering can in the shower was broken. It was no problem for me, but it is strange for such a hotel. There are no opportunities to pack any breakfast set to go when you have early check-out, it is a pity.

  : Location is ideal for people who wish to use public transport and this was the reason we picked it. Breakfast is okay not a variety nor does it change for a whole week we were there. The staff for check in were helpful and provided us with a map. When unsure how to catch the funicular they helped show us the way to it. Most staff seemed nice and helpful. The room did get made up everyday. They changed the room when we complained about the noise levels at second floor and the bathroom door handle broke which they couldnt fix.
  : Everything was fine till the last day which disappointed us greatly. We had paid for breakfast and asked the night before check out at reception for a few hour earlier breakfast. The guy said a sandwich each and few hours later the other man called Yaseen at the reception said no sorry there is nothing there. He didnt even offer water or fruit or coffee or tea instead. We had rang Yaseen few hours earlier at around 2am that we both have diarrhoea and if they have medicine available and if we can get water. We waited for an hour and nothing. Then we rang again and no explanation given only two water bottles sent. We were disappointed. We had to ring twice just to get water and no explanation that sorry there is no medicine available. When we checked out the man Yaseen didnt do what someone out of humanity does not only service. He didnt bother to check if we are okay. He didnt offer to help with our bag however he did bother opening the locked door. We thanked him out of our manners. He didnt deserve a thank you. We assume he was having a bad day and he didnt think we are worthy guests for him to bother help out. The guy who forgot to organise two sandwiches which he said he will was disappointing and Yaseens behaviour was too. We have enjoyed our stay there and when our luggage was moved my suitcase wheels broke but we didnt complain and got new suitcase. We didnt complain for the broken bag wheels. We should have. However last night was really unkind treatment. This I say not just as bad service but someone should have humanity to ask and help however they can. The man who forgot the breakfast we didnt catch his name but nonetheless disappointed. One more point which was odd was the charges they charged for airport transport is double one way. I understand they want profit but it shouldnt be 40 euro extra. We paid 40 privately and had great service with WiFi. They were saying 80 euro one way. So please look around yourself.

  : The hotel has a wonderful location. It's very close to many of the key attractions of Istanbul also has very easy access to public transportation (There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel) The staff is very friendly and accommodative. I have stayed at this property twice already and will be staying again for sure in my future Istanbul visits.

  : - Staff were very polite and helpful. They're also flexible to go out of their way and help with tea prepping and allowing to use a public area at different times given we maintain low voices!- Facilities were well maintained in general.- Hotel was small enough for a family to meet up anytime and effortlessly.- Location is excellent and anything that crosses your mind happens to be just nearby.- Rooms look beautiful especially for people who appreciate this architecture style.
  : - Fridges do not function inside the rooms. Only lucky ones might get a room with a working one. I booked 9 rooms and only one had a working fridge.- Our room was ones of the larger ones and had no functional washroom fan and one of the ceiling lights in the washroom was out.- Lower level rooms can get loud as the hotel sits on a major intersection.- The elevators are very clean but very small. Not quite for the claustrophobic.

  : Location, comfort; the room was fine with an interesting view of Galata tower. Great breakfast with a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Keeping the breakfast room clean was excellent.
  : There was not much not to like. If back to Istanbul one day, would gladly stay here again.
