  : The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the tram stop. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Okan and Khurshid didnt hesitate to assist us with everything; they were very nice and attentive. They even provided us with an Istanbul card so we could use it for trams, buses, and ferries. Breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of food.
  : It can get noisy at night due to the hotels proximity to a nightclub. Therefore, I recommend bringing earplugs with you to ensure a peaceful nights sleep.

  : Although its not immediately next to the main tourist attractions like Sultanhamet square and the street may be too narrow for a bus / coach to pick up without you having to walk to a bigger street, the property is conveniently right next to a tram station and minimart and there are lots of restaurants in the area. There was some construction next door at the time that we visited but it was not too disruptive as we were out exploring most of the time.The real star was the service - the Receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. From recommending places and restaurants to arranging tours and even lending us a metro card, they took care of us and made us feel very welcome. The room cleaning was always done very well. Breakfast was wonderful and it was a highlight. On the last night, they even surprised us with fruits and they always provided service with a smile, like giving thicker blankets when we felt cold.
  : Depending on how close you want to be to the main tourist sites, its not the nearest or most convenient, but overall it was good value for money.

  : Staff super kind and helpful in most cases. Even delivered a free fruit platter when they knew we were checking out before breakfast
  : Bed are pretty hard. Generator from next building kept us from sleeping the first night. Changed rooms and the noise was less but still there. Mold on one of the showers

  : The owner and the staff were very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good.Location was perfect.
  : Room was a bit small. There was always this cigarette smoke smell coming through the room door.
