  : Housekeeping blocking the corridor with dirty linen. We spent there 4 days, one day the drinking water was supplied the other day not, after day3 no stock of toilet paper. Breakfast could be more varied, we missed fresh fruits...

  : Only location, because everything close to the Hotel: public transport, cafe and shops, and of course, Historical places.
  : VERY DISAPPOINTED! Staff very rude and useless (wanted to leave heavy shopping bags, ask the manager's permission, but the receptionist didn't allow it). CLEANLINESS of the Hotel so awful! Reception area and restaurant together: rubbish on the floor, dirty and stained furniture, artificial plants full of dust, smoking smell so strong(even staff smoking outside next to entrance door). Public toilets - NO WORDS, really! Room view(606) is nice, but during night time outside very noisy because of huge conditioners. Housekeeping doesn't know that it is very important to clean the bathroom because it's HEALTH AND SAFETY(pictures attached). The shower door is not closing properly because the door seal needs to be changed, water leaking, and that's why found silverfish in the bathroom, floor dusty, and hair. Found long black hairs on the pillow.I will never come back and definitely not recommend this hotel even for one night.

  : The neighborhood wasn't as nice as expected, however, the hotel is still in a great location and you can walk to the main attractions.

  : First of all, I really don't know how this hotel has such good reviews. When you look at their pictures of the rooms, you will think that everything is perfect. The room was very dirty, the carpet in the room was a disaster. Bathroom very dirty. The doors of the shower cubicle are broken, they do not close. The air conditioner does not work, you will not be able to reduce it below 18 degrees because it is set like that. Simply what they offer on your website is just a lie and that's why they wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, VERY DIRTY!!!

  : Nothing, the service was awful and totally rude.
  : Several points that ruined my first day at Istanbul while staying at the hotel: 1. I booked a room with balcony one month prior to the trip, yet I was given a room with sea view that was nothing like sea view - the surrounds of old & greasy buildings overlooking ugly sea shore. 2. The time we let the receptionist know he has given us the wrong room which he didnt even notify us while checking in, he with bare rudeness and neglect said to cancel while the time being 11 pm and us having a long flight. Additionally, he was so rude and said he would change the room tomorrow and today there is no available room with balcony - for what reason then we have an option to choose a stay room? - and conducted himself with such an indifference. 3. We chose the hotel for its location (close to popular attractions) yet the neighborhood was poor with beggars sitting at the streets. 4. The next day we spoke to associate director who said they would refund the rest of the sum with subtraction of one night we stayed. Yet he deceived us and booking.com informed us that the confirmation to refund from hotel wasnt sent and only invoice stating all three nights. So, basically it was a total waste and no refund was given - what else to expect from a receptionist whose top management is alike deceitful. 5. The room itself was narrow and worn.
