  : I forgot the name (sorry a bit horrible with those) but the guy who checked me in was so nice and friendly and so helpful with questions. The rooms were great as far as hostels go (it's always nice when lockers have their own locks and those were even electronic) and the room was pretty spacious for that number of beds. Great location too

  : Super helpful management even in unexpected situation. Very nice room with enough space and storage. Comfy common room with equipment.

  : The double room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms on the 4th floor are newly renovated and therefore also very clean, unlike in many hostels. I would absolutely recommend staying here as the location is perfect, everything in the center of Ljubljana is easily reachable on foot.
  : There was no mirror in the room so you had to go to the bathroom every time you wanted to check your clothes, hair etc

  : The location is great. The private rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The receptionist was nice. He provided me with a city map although didn’t share any proper local tips.
  : I spotted some stains on the bed linen which caused me a lot of discomfort in COVID-19 times. I could only spot the stains on the linen when I came back from the city. I wanted to alert reception for this fact but it was already closed - the reception hours of operation are quite limited. There’s not a proper kitchen but only a microwave, a water kettle, and a fridge at one of the floors. No cutlery or plates. It limits your chances to cook something for any of your meals. The hostel seemed to be quite empty and couldn’t meet any other travelers. The check-out procedure is a bit weird. As reception has very limited hours of operation, you have to leave your key card at the reception desk. That leads you to step into the reception booth, which is a bit uncomfortable.

  : Not really COVID safe, indoor face masks regulations being taken lightly at best, although sanitizer available everywhere.
