  : Perfect central location in the scenic old town, directly on the river and close to everything. Spacious living room/kitchen area. Convenient clothes washer with drying rack. Roomy updated bath with great shower. Comfy bed. Very clean.
  : It was pouring rain when we arrived, and the free parking was a bit far. Our luggage would have been soaked. We used the closer public garage at Congress Square instead. The latter is only about two blocks away.The climate unit sitting on the floor in the living room did not cool the apartment adequately; it was not vented to the outside but vented into the room.Apparently the host expected to meet us to check out, but we didn't understand that and had already left by the time we received a text from them.

  : Location was excellent...in the old pedestrian area but a short walk across the Triple Bridge to get to it. Very spacious, well laid out apartment. Comfortable bed with two single duvets so no fighting over blanket. Small supermarket just around the corner and easy walk to all sorts of restaurants and sights.
  : Worst check-in!!!!!! No explanation or warning about hot water switch. We're good at turning light switches off but we don't have a switch for hot water tank, so cold showers one night till we figured it out. The person who checked me in, gave me short shrift on everything!! I asked about Wi-Fi and she had to write it out for me... I asked about washing machine and it was 'it's the usual'.... not for a North American! (also, was broken) No microwave and couldn't figure out how to turn on the stove top (even googled it to no avail). Make my life easy, please. Book of instructions for 'Dummies", with wi-fi code, etc, etc AND put a note on the hot water tank switch to leave it on.

  : The location was great. And the parking secure once we were directed to it after check in.
  : We were a little later arriving than expected due to traffic delays but then we had to wait outside the apartment for an hour for access and were not advised any timeframe on this so couldn't leave to do anything else. It would have been useful if a parking location was supplied and we could have been met there, as the apartment is in a pedestrian area.There was no kettle/jug (or toaster) only a well used coffee machine and the hot water ran out after about 2 minutes in the shower. No information re the apartment was provided upon check-in.

  : Great location for visiting the Old Town. Very light and spacious apartment. Modern kitchen and bathroom.
  : Not met by host. Had to pick up keys from shop downstairs. Apartment door not lockable from the outside. No welcome information or instructions for water heater or washing/drying machine. As a result, had a couple of cold showers before we realised the water heater had been turned off. The staff member we did eventually meet was not receptive to feedback, very defensive. No tea, coffee ingredients. No kettle, microwave or toaster. No tea towels, only half a roll of toilet paper, no tissues. Previous guests gluggy soap was still in the shower. Definately did not feel like valued "guests".

  : The free parking was great as the city was very busy and parking would've been a struggle. The location really is the selling point as its right in the middle of old town close to some amazing restaurants . The kitchen was nicely done with a dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The apartment felt safe and secure.
  : The WiFi wasnt great in the apartment and a bit slow. It wasn't an issue for us as we have local phones. Due to the location the apartment was not very quiet and we could hear loud music until late into the evening. Only an issue for us as we have a small child. The furniture was antique and not comfortable and in general the apartment, while nice, needs a lot of tlc. The boiler in the bathroom is quite loud and we struggled to have 2 hot showers which would've been nice in the middle of winter. The kitchen, whole nice, did not have a kettle and the coffee machine had mot coffee. There was also no soap in the shower which at the price we paid we wouldve expected it.

  : Excellent host, very knowledgeable and attentive. Apartment location is first class and well appointed.
  : A little noisy from the street below in the evening but manageable

  : The location was not the same as foreseen!Instead of facing the three bridges it was up in a side alley 500m away from the original location without any view of the old town whatsoever. We discovered this on reception of the keys

  : the apartment itself is very nice and centrally located in Ljubljana; it‘s in good shape, and was clean; there is some noise coming from the walking mile below, which has to be accepted due to central location
  : unfortunately, parking is about 10-15min away, and all luggage needs to be carried to the spartment, and up into first floor; hosts were not transparent about distance of parking, and we walked back and forth twice, once without any luggage, and the second time with all luggage; would have been highly appreciated if host would have helped us with luggage in the first run…

  : Perfect location in the middle of the center. Appartment was very clean and classy. Beautiful big space with a fancy livingroom. The bathroom was very big! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host Maria was very friendly and helpfull. We've had an amazing stay in the Prince Philip apartment
  : They dont have a balcony, thats the only negative thing (and ofcourse we knew it while booking)
