  : •Breakfast room: The breakfast room was dirty with food remains on benches, dingy walls, and overdue maintenance. Damage was covered with tape (see pictures). Despite numerous reviews highlighting this issue, there has been no improvement for years.•Air quality: The rooms were stuffy and unhealthy, with no windows or sliders for fresh air, leading to poor air quality and even severe headaches.•Basic cleanliness: The rooms had concrete ceilings and were not clean. we found something very dirty in the middle of the night•Uncomfortable chairs in the breakfast room: The seats consisted of loose parallel ropes that were dirty and sagging. It’s incomprehensible that guests are expected to sit on these (see picture).•Corridor music: Music played in the hotel corridors, which was puzzling.•Lobby: The lobby was the most unpleasant we had ever seen in a hotel, resembling an office building. The hotel’s description was misleading, not indicating that it occupies only the top three floors.The hotel is definitely not worth the high price. We paid hundreds of euros for one night, despite the hotel not being fully booked. The four-star rating is questionable; it felt more like a two-star hostel, as another review mentioned.These issues significantly affected our entire trip.
