  : The hotel is placed in the middle of Malmø, making it a very central location. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was nice and helpfull and we felt very comfortable during our stay here. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Malmø.

  : The staff was very friendly and professional, and I was able to check in very early at about 10am (I did have to upgrade to do this, but it only cost about £8 per night, so it was a no-brainer!). The room was large and the bed was comfortable, there were nice toiletries in the bathroom, and breakfast was very pleasant and there was plenty of variety. The hotel is well-located, only about 10 minutes' walk from central station, and with several nice restaurants on its doorstep, which was ideal. I made use of the gym while I was there, which obviously is nothing hugely fancy, but certainly provides enough stuff to do most things. I struggled to find the sauna, but eventually happened across it in the changing rooms when I went hunting, which I hadn't needed to use because I changed in my room. Would be good to have a sign!
  : I was a little disappointed at how old-fashioned/out of date a few things were in the hotel, for example the electrical sockets. This is a serious first-world problem, but almost every hotel now has USB sockets in them too, and these weren't available in the discoloured plastic fittings. One of the most annoying things was the ridiculously small and under-powered hairdryer in the room - a tiny little travel thing. There's absolutely no reason to have this type of hairdryer in a hotel rather than a standard one. It took me forever to dry my hair, as I could use it for a maximum of 45 seconds before it overheated and conked out, and it needed 5+ minutes to cool down enough to start working again each time.

  : The hotel is in a very beautiful building, in a very nice location and has a very nice bar. With just a few touches the room could have been remarkable. Fair to middling for the price point.
  : The room was large but not adequately maintained. The shower did not drain. The mattress was very low quality. With just a few touches, the room could have been quite nice. A larger television - as it was quite far from the bed, some wallpaper, a carpet of come kind for the large wooden floor and a better quality mattress and it would have been a remarkable room.
