  : The location is perfect and the lady at the reception was very kind and competent. Housekeeping was pretty good.
  : The view from my window (single room) facing the facade and the smell from the kitchen chimney when I opened the window. It was hot in the room and I didn't want to turn the AC on so I slept with open windows. Also the room is very small, I had a hard time opening my big suitcase. And through your doors you can hear everything that's happening on the hallway, especially other guests slamming their doors.

  : Very good staff, extremely cute lady who was very supportive
  : 1. The breakfast is out of the property, due bad weather is extremely uncomfortable.2. Parking cost for 1 night around 20 euro, which is extremely expensive but at least it is offered.3. Considering that the property is at the main shopping street the noise was expected but the local places bellow the hotel have a tradition due the closing procedures to play music with intensive volume up, the good thing is that you getting introduced to the all different music styles at one time , although if you have an early meeting, cancel it !

  : Location is perfect.
  : Poor sound isolation you will hear everything that happens outside on very popular non sleeping touristic street. Be careful water in glass bottle is for money. Nothing that looks like 4 star hotel, more like 2 stars. They put liquid hands soap in shower and if you didnt take shampoo thats all you have to wash your body and hair, no conditioner, no shampoo, no body lotion. Central AC. Room is not clean and smells like heated rubber.

  : The location is very central, close to a shopping mall, BUT over a very busy and noisy bar.
  : The noise of the screaming people walking in the pedestrian zone did NOT allow SLEEPING up to 2 or 3 at night!A real nightmare!Even worse, the breakfast you pay for in advance is a Serbian/English breakfast: ham and eggs, potato, meat. Not biscuits nor croissant!We had to pay so twice: once for a breakfast we did not get - (NOT REFUNDABLE!)- and once for what we really had: a small ice-cream and some coffee ...Do NOT go there.

  : The hotel is situated in the center of the old town. Breakfast is served at the pub near the hotel.
  : The room wasn t very big, we were 3.I don t understand this kind of bathrooms... 2 glass walls with a glass dor. You can see almost everything, you can hear everything. Not my kind of intimacy.

  : The main reason to choose this hotel is location. It is clean and the staff tried to solve all the problems (they called us to collect some belongings that we left in our room). We did not had breakfast, which is in a restaurant next door.
  : Parking is a nightmare. We had to hunt a place in the shopping mall parking for 20 minutes (it was a busy day). The reservation they make it is not a reservation. They do not have their own places. It was a little bit unpleasant that I had to pay parking for 2 days (I arrived 1 day later then I was supposed) despite using it for just 1 day. Family room is small for 3 adults and one child, you have no view (high windows), and the lack of elevator could be a problem for those that are not fit. English language skills of receptionists could be improved. Payment methods also may be improved (they ask you to use the same credit card as the one used on the application, but they do not accept virtual cards).
