  : Only the location was good and according to the description.
  : The appartment is on the FOURTH FLOOR of a dirty, old and in need of renovation building. There is NO ELEVATOR. There is also a dangerous staircase in the appart,ment. We were OVERCHARGED IN OUR CREDIT CARD, as the manager had our card number, and changed the charges during and after our stay. We had to cancel our card afterwards. The room was dirty, with spiders in the toilet and the walls. The air-condition was not working properly. Smoking is allowed in the room and there was a smell. The kitchen was dirty and not functional. The fridge was full of ice and not very stable (half was on a different level). There was only one dustbin for the whole appartment in the toilet (shower and lavatory is in another room on the first floor). There is no closet, only some drawers. The ceiling is very low as it is an attic, so people cannot be standing or seated in most of the appartment. The toilet door did not shut and the appartment door had a problem with the lock. The entrance was dirty and full of the cleaning equipment iin boxes.The manager was rude and manipulative (offered to give a discount in our next stay provided we wrote a good review, among other things) - we can provide more details to anyone interested. Overall the condition of the room and the facilities were unexpectedly bad, and the manager had an unprofessional behaviour, not trustworthy at all.   : Aesthetically the apartment decor was nice and had a washing machine which was needed for a stay with our two toddlers.
  : First of all, the location was not where the map showed. We showed up to check in and nothing was there, then met by an employee who said its only a short walk however I never would have booked it if I knew the actual location the apartment. We were there with two small toddlers so location was everything to us. Second, the apartment was not clean. The floors, the pillows, the pullout couch were all very dirty. Third, 2 things we were promised before booking were not ready (parking and cleaning pods). This meant we had to wait for people and change plans in order to accommodate meeting employees. Fourth, BUGS. Lots of BUGS in the bathroom. When we brought up concerns, there was no apology or any concerns. Instead, we kept getting its chaos and August is humid so thats where the bugs might be from. We were left really disappointed.

  : Very friendly host. Good location in centre of town. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.
  : Parking in Belgrade is a minefield. I got a 30Euro fine from my car hire company even though I followed the steps required by the parking app.Apartment is very dated, needs a refresh.

  : Washing machine. No instructions on how to use. Wasnt able to wash clothes, had to hand wash in sink for a family of 4. No portable drying rack. Had to dry clothes on hangers on the balcony.
